The project comprises of 12.5 lakh sq.ft built up area on a 3.04 lakh sq.ft land in Hyderabad . The development proposed comprises of approx. 4.85 lakh sq.ft (39%) Commercial Retail and 7.65 lakh sq.ft (61%) of Commercial Office spaces which can accommodate 8500 work spaces.

The main design feature is an artificially created stream flowing as cascades from the Second Floor level to the Ground level through the centre of the building.

Besides being the focal design element the stream also helps cool and ventilate and provide a natural lighting shaft for the building. Terrace gardens are proposed at various levels which overlook the stream forming the public activity spaces such as cafeterias and eateries.
