Indium ‘Avant Garden' - a dream in the making
Indium was formed with a vision to craft a new development model in the Indian real estate industry. This vision is rooted in a passion to establish a thinking and responsive enterprise that addresses social, environmental and cultural issues as hubs of the development wheel.

Indium's first project - Avant Garden - is an integrated township located near Bangalore. The master plan envisages a phased development culminating in a 420 acre township with designated spaces for living, leisure and work.

Avant Garden has several firsts to its credit, chief among them an innovative product mix that includes the Courtyard House, a first-of-kind product in the Indian housing market.
